Kewa Plus is the planned optional membership from Kewa Credit, a trade name of KCB Credit LLC. Live paid enrollment is not open yet. Any connected test checkout is clearly marked as test mode.
Price and renewal
The planned price is $9.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. When live enrollment opens, your membership will renew monthly until you cancel. Your billing date and total will be shown before you authorize payment. There is no automatic paid enrollment when you create a free account.
Separate permission
Before checkout, you must separately confirm the monthly recurring charge and the membership terms. You can review those disclosures before authorizing payment. Kewa does not collect card numbers on its own forms; the payment provider handles checkout and saved payment methods.
What is included
Planned benefits include credit monitoring updates when provider access is connected, mortgage-readiness education, an interactive readiness helper, and optional notifications. Specific bureau coverage, score models, update schedules and exclusions will be disclosed before live enrollment. A demo does not represent active monitoring.
Cancel online, anytime
Sign in, open My membership and choose Cancel membership renewal, then confirm. No phone call or support request is required. We record confirmation immediately after the payment provider accepts cancellation. Your access continues through the end of the paid period, and the membership will not renew. Turning off alerts does not cancel paid membership.
Billing records and changes
Use Payment methods & invoices to review invoices or update a payment method. Subscription status comes from the payment provider. If a payment fails, access may be affected and we may send a service notice. No new recurring price will be applied without legally required notice or consent.
Refunds and billing questions
Contact Support under Billing for a billing error or refund request. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically issue a refund for a past period. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law; these Terms do not limit statutory refund or cancellation rights.
Deleting an account
Requesting deletion does not by itself cancel recurring billing. Use the cancellation control first, then submit a deletion request. We may retain information required for billing, security, disputes or legal obligations.
No mortgage guarantee
Membership does not guarantee a credit score change, mortgage qualification, loan approval or any particular rate. Kewa provides educational guidance and the services specifically disclosed at enrollment.
