A little clarity on the details.

These Terms govern Kewa Credit, operated by KCB Credit LLC doing business as Kewa Credit. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Kewa
You must be at least 18, a U.S. resident, and provide accurate information. Use only your own identity and account. Keep your email account, verification codes and devices secure. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Prelaunch and sample experiences
Kewa currently offers account setup and a separate sample experience. Demo scores, accounts, readiness meters and simulations are illustrative. They are not your credit data. No credit report is ordered, identity authenticated or paid monitoring enrolled merely by creating an account or using the demo.
Educational guidance
Readiness information is educational. It is not a lending decision, mortgage preapproval, financial or legal advice, a promise of a particular score, or a guarantee of loan eligibility, approval or terms. Lenders consider their own score models, credit data, income, debts and other factors. We do not promise to remove accurate negative information or guarantee improvements.
Future credit services
Live reports, identity checks and monitoring require separate provider connections and applicable notices and permissions. We will request required authorization before obtaining a report. These Terms alone are not a blanket authorization for a credit report, identity document collection or recurring payment.
Membership and cancellation
Paid membership is optional. When available, the checkout must disclose price, renewal frequency and any applicable taxes before you confirm. You separately authorize recurring billing. The planned Kewa Plus price is $9.99 per month until canceled. Cancel online in My membership without a phone call. The Membership Terms explain renewal, access after cancellation and billing questions. Test checkout does not create a real charge.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, scrape private information, introduce malicious code or misuse credit or identity information. We may restrict access to protect the service, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations. Account restrictions do not remove your ability to request assistance or cancel a recurring membership.
Service availability
Services may change or be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues or security reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available, and liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Your content and our design
You retain rights in information you submit and permit us to process it for the requested services. Kewa branding, design and application materials remain owned by or licensed to us. You may use them for personal use of the service, not unauthorized redistribution.
Ending an account and resolving issues
You can request account deletion through My account or Support. Cancel paid renewal separately before requesting deletion. Contact Support with billing or service concerns so we can investigate. These Terms do not prevent you from contacting a regulator, credit bureau or other appropriate authority, and do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
Updates and contact
Material changes will be posted with an updated date and additional notice when required. Changes to price or recurring terms will not be applied without the notice and consent required by applicable law. Contact us through the Support page.
